Coyote Snarl - 4186 , Yellowstone NP

Photographer's Notes:
A recently-killed signet Trumpeter swan was
the meal of the morning for about 6 coyotes
near Fishing Bridge, in Yellowstone National
Park.  This coyote was posturing in hopes of
intimidating another coyote that was feeding
on the recent kill.  This type of display is
commonly seen when multiple coyotes are
establishing a feeding hierarchy on a kill site.

A bald eagle, magpies and ravens were
    eagerly awaiting their turn too!
